By accessing or using AuditEase ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
AuditEase is a nonprofit audit preparation tool that provides guided checklists, document organization, and compliance information to help US 501(c)(3) organizations prepare for annual audits. The Service is currently in pre-launch phase; no product currently exists beyond the information and tools available on this website.
AuditEase is not a law firm, accounting firm, or CPA practice. Nothing on this website constitutes legal advice, tax advice, or accounting advice.
3. Informational Purposes Only
All compliance information, state audit requirement thresholds, checklists, and guidance provided by AuditEase are for informational purposes only. State laws change, thresholds are updated, and individual circumstances vary. AuditEase makes no warranty that the information provided is current, accurate, complete, or applicable to your organization's specific situation.
You should always consult a qualified CPA or attorney before making compliance decisions based on information from this Service.
4. Waitlist and Early Access
By joining the AuditEase waitlist, you are expressing interest in the Service. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, pricing, or availability of any product. No payment is collected at the time of waitlist signup. Early access pricing and availability will be communicated via email when the product launches.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false or misleading information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of AuditEase and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AuditEase does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information provided will be accurate, complete, or current.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify waitlist members of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
